Hello

Urine analysis findings may indicate urinary tract infection(UTI).
UTI is indicated by presence of excess pus cells,few bacteria in urine and positive leukocyte esterase test.
You also need proper clinical examination.

You may need to take full course of antibiotics depending upon culture and sensitivity report.
You should drink plenty of water.
Few epithelial cells and crystals are normally found in urine.
